It's just "okay" I prefer Olive Garden. They are very cheap over here and don't use meat and other ingredients to flavor the sauce. The breadsticks are cheap and the sauce tastes jarred. I'd expect a local Italian restaurant to exceed Olive Garden in flavor and quality.

The pizza was flavorful and cooked well. The tiramisu was especially espresso soaked and delicious as a result. The gentleman who grabbed our to-go order was extraordinarily kind and thoughtful. Every bit of our experience was lovely. This was the best meal I had in West Monroe while in town for work.

Love this place it's good and fresh every time. Great portions, I always have some leftover and it's still great the next day. I usually get the Alfredo but got the stuffed eggplant this time, so far everything has been good, will definitely order again.

The calimari serving was very close to half the usual amount that I have received for the past 2yrs that I have lived in West Monroe and favored this restaurant. 
The lasagna, which has been a family favorite, was today a joke! 
It was NOT a neatly sliced portion with sauce. It was slop!
Typically, I don't have enough sauce. Today, loosely stacked noodles were swimming in a "soup" of red sauce with a mix of melted cheese. No structure. No meat. No flavor! No dish! The slop went in the trash.
This is my second bad food experience with Milano's, in a row. 
What happened Milano's? Change of recipes/cooks/policy/attitude???
Don't waste your money. This restaurant has NEVER been authentic Italian food. It is American Kitchen Italian at its worst.

definitely not seasoned well I got the spaghetti with sausage and I thought the sausage would be ground up but no it's just two big whole pieces of sausage pretty gross and the bread is burnt
