The stores snacks and drinks are priced well and taste great but their drinks are never fully sealed so everything comes wet and my drink not full

Normally everything I get here is great.
But this time the 4. Alien Tonic was completely flat. Tasted like water with a hint of flavor.
And the Fried Spam Katsu was 4 paper thin slices of spam, all of the breading had sloughed off. The spam still tasted good, but it was disappointing to see the breading at the bottom of the container rather than on the spam like advertised.

I actually NEVER write reviews but I really did not enjoy what I ordered and really am upset by how much money I spent for the quality and taste of what I got. The mozerella sticks were as if a person rolled a cheese stick in breadcrumbs and microwaved it, no cheese pull all either! And the boba was watered down and just overall lacking taste.

Fried Spam Katsu was barely breaded and the serving size was very small.
The Honey Lemon Aloe was good.

We've been going here for years and the boba drinks are standard but reliable. Recently discovered the tonic drinks and have been having those regularly as a refreshing treat during the summer. I recommend the blue Cupid tonic and passion fruit tonic. I wish the menu had better descriptions though. Popcorn chicken was very tasty but slightly soggy (as somewhat expected) due to the nature of transporting food. Tater tots stayed crispy but were also over cooked.
That said, stay away from the bao buns. I saw one review that said it was rock hard. I ordered a different variation and unfortunately experienced the same fate. These buns are likely old/expired and the method of cooking isn't right. The bun was over cooked to the point of being rock hard on the inside but somehow soft on the outside. The filling was extremely dry. The bun was entirely inedible.
