SAUSAGE HOAGIEE was a mess. soggy & the sausage dry. the extra $1.80 meatball wasn't even as big around as a quarter. what has happened to the quality of food here?

FETTUCCINI ALFREDO was very bland. Absolutely not worth $18 a piece. SIDE OF MUSHROOMS had no flavor. Best thing we got was the damn bread. Also forgot salad dressing for one of the salads. Very disappointed. Not the Minards I remember

the FETTUCCINI ALFREDO was dry, and noodles were hard and cold. so unlike this restaurant. not for $21, the portion was child size. the Salad was nice and fresh!!

Minard's food is very scrumptious! My favorite is the LASAGNA . I dropped one star because the $4.80 side of Grilled Zucchini (though tasty) only consisted of 5 small slices, which made each bite terribly expensive.
