The beef fried rice from Ming’s was a satisfying and tasty dish. The rice was well-cooked, not mushy, and had that slightly smoky “wok hei” flavor that really makes good fried rice stand out.
It wasn’t overly oily, and the seasoning was just right flavorful without being overpowering. This is definitely a go-to dish if you’re looking for something filling and flavorful.

• 4/24/26Chicken sticks were sweet?? And the jalapeño chicken was bland. Noodles were pretty mushy as well. I prefer china castle.
