We have ordered the Springer Mountain Chicken Melt several times. It used to be sooo good. It was a whole chicken breast on a wonderful piece of thick pita bread. This wasn't that long ago, just in the last few months. Today and the last time we ordered it, which was as a few weeks ago, it was so disappointing. It seems to be chicken thigh meat and the bread is undercooked pizza dough. Sadly, it's not good. We gave them another chance on the sandwich, because it used to be really good and filling. But we won't order it again. The Caesar side salad is just a few pieces of romaine and way too much dressing - the proportions are way off.
I realize inflation is high, but we won't be paying high prices any longer for food that is disappointingly bad. You can't make a significant switch like that and expect people to continue to order it. The pizza is still good. Other than that, just disappointing. And please STOP using plastic containers!

We ordered a traditional cheese pizza "The Yankee"
and it was delicious. The pizza was cooked in a wood fire oven so it was crispy! We also ordered the say cheese pizza as well in the personal size and it was perfect for 2 people to share. Would definitely recommend and order again!

I've been to Alpharetta twice for training and both times I've ordered the Fennel Sausage pizza. in my opinion it worth it. The first time, there was no sausage on the whole pizza. This time, the "caramelized" onions weren't even caramelized or onions. They were celery and raw onions. Also no mozzarella either. Don't order the pizza, it isn't worth it.

We have ordered the Springer Mountain Chicken sandwich many times. We always enjoyed it, until the order on 6/20/25. They changed the bread, and unfortunately it wasn't good. The bread used to be a thick pita folded in half. The sandwich was so good. The sandwiches we had yesterday were more like wraps made from pizza dough. They weren't good. Sadly, I would be afraid to order them again.
