Very good Leche de Tigre. That is my usual or the Fish Ceviche. Un poco picante is great, you still get to taste all the other flavors and not too spicy.

Pollo Saltado / Sautéed Chicken was very flavorful, Jalea Mixta / Fried Seafood was still hot when it arrived. Only thing missing was utensils and some sauces. Overall not bad for a food truck.

The chaufa de Marisco the rice wasn't fully cooked and the Vuelve a la Vida was too salty to eat.
