Everything is wonderful. The burnt ends are the best. The brisket is delicious. I love the fried green tomatoes. My guest says the fried okra is crispy, and the sauce was just right. The mashers with mushroom gravy and the collards are perfect sides for this meal.And my guest, who lived in the South, says the cheesy grits are just right. Miss Delta, you did it right again!

I didn't expect such amazing southern flavor in Portland! The catfish was crispy and hot on the outside and flaky and moist on the inside. Their tartar sauce must be homemade because it was a perfect combination with the fish. And the meat mashers and the red beans and rice and the Mac and cheese - top notch!

Y'all are lucky to even get this review BECAUSE I'm always too concerned with devouring this DELICIOUSNESS and I don't want to leave it waiting. Most times everything is in separate containers but I MUCH prefer 1 single container like I got this time. The Fried catfish is hot and crispy, the Cup Cheese grits has the perfect sprinkle of cheese and the Fried okra side is fried to perfection. My taste buds are satisfied, blessings to the chef! <3

The burnt ends are the best I've ever had. They had so much flavor. And the barbeque sauce was well balanced. The collard greens with meat were delicious and had just the right amount of heat for me. The star was the fried green tomatoes which arrived hot and perfect. The portion was very generous. They were wonderfully crunchy on the outside. The inside was soft and just right. I would order this anytime. Thank you, Miss Delta!

The 3 meat plate was both a hit and a miss. I couldn't decide what I wanted so I got pulled pork, spareribs, and brisket.
The spareribs were HUGE and tasty but the bbq sauce leaked out of the container and all over everything so maybe they should put foil inside the plastic container to help. The brisket and the pulled pork were dry and just... bad. The smoke flavor was the only flavor. The tiny cup of bbq sauce was not enough to help. The only reason I haven't put it in the trash is because $$$.
The side of okra was delicious even without the sauce. The side of mac was meh. Pretty bland, but edible. The cornmuffin was super dry, I threw it away.
The food was also lukewarm when it arrived (foil may help with that, too) even though the dasher came straight to me.
The Peach cobbler was the beeeesssssttttt part! It's perfectly spiced, kinda wish there were more peaches but that's nbd.
TL;DR: The peach cobbler is the BEST. The okra is yummy. The spareribs are good. The mac, the cornbread, the pulled pork, and the brisket were "throw it in the garbage" terrible.
