WOW! There is just so much flavor and quality in any meal from here. I had goat and chicken and not only was there variety in the flavors, each is unique and rich. I'm so glad that people have traveled this big world and brought their delicious recipes.

My workplace invited the food truck to come, I had the Grilled Fish Served with Side (fried basmati rice) then and it was so delicious I had to order again the next day! My new favorite way to eat fish, so moist and flavorful. As you can see from the photo I immediately dug in then remembered to take a photo. I didn't care for the jollof or the fried rice, I just don't go for the basmati rice used as I don't like dry rice. Next time I'll have to try the fufu.

I wanted to like this more. I had a taste for some spicy Jollof Rice. The rice was dry, hardly warm at all, and kind of flavorless. The sauce on the side helped a little, but it just needed more love and flavor. I've heard Jollof Rice called "party rice," but this was not a party, exciting, or festive. This was just basic.
