Always love this place as well as the other Holder's establishments. This trip was the CALIFORNIA OMELET and side of pancakes. Omelets here are always the right density; fluffy enough to feel light, but dense enough to feel hearty. Pancakes are the best buttermilk pancakes in the south bay. Also a big fan of the chicken fried steak and the Joe's Scramble and the crab & avocado benedicts. If there in the evening, get the mozzarella sticks because the marinara sauce is just that good.

Amazing breakfast. Must be a new cook bevause this breakfast was perfecation on every level. FLORENTINE Irequested make as a scramble and the eggs are soft fluffy and the bacon inside is cooked. chelse melting and oozing. oh my gawd! the pancakes were thd most beautiful light caramel and fluffy and flavorful as well. I've been eating admission for 5 years and this is hands down the best breakfast ever! Porations are also very generous so great value for money!

The food is high quality and very well packed. I used to go here a lot a few years back and im so amazed that they are able to consistently put out food thats stays the same in flavor and quality even years later.
STEAK & AVOCADO SANDWICH the ciabatta bread is so soft and delicious. You can ask for 2 spreads which they thoughtfully pack separately. The sandwich is huge. Think 2x the size of those little ciabatta squares from Costco.
CHICKEN & WAFFLE chicken is super flavorful and juicy, like a high quality KFC lol. Waffle is soft and has great flavor.
COUNTRY COMBO classic breakfast goodies. If you ask for the bacon extra crispy they always deliver 👌 Also the pancakes are THE BEST. Fluffy, big and oh so flavorful. I wish I knew their batter recipe 😅

Steak was good, cooked perfectly. It was a bit thin, but worth it. I wish this restaurant would allow me to enter "no sides" for all side choices. I'm carnivore so I cannot have hash browns, which I generally toss out. Nor can I have fruit. :-). Thanks.

Delicious. I love this omelette. Tastes fresh and flavorful. Apple sausage I ordered and will eat it for dinner as the omelette filled me up.
