Food was great, flavorful and plentiful. The dipping sauce with the gyoza didn't have a lid and it went everywhere, all over the containers, chopsticks and napkins in the bag it was in. Really frustrating.

i love misuta chows more than any other place, but this last delivery was awful. i ordered two ramens and the cooks left both broth containers cracked open, so by the time i received it, all the broth spilled on the bag and i had maybe a 1/4 of a container left. i also ordered the kaarage chicken bao buns, but instead i received just the chicken. i tried to call to have them fix it, but the phone kept going straight to voicemail. misuta's is a 10/10 for dine in, but i won't be ordering takeout any time soon.

Whoever made this shrimp ramen hooked it up tonight. I order this at least once a week and it's always great. But tonight it's actually loaded to the brim and I won't be hangry when I'm finished

Food was not very good. Egg in ramen was not soft boiled. It was puddled into a sunny side up egg and could not hold it's form. Not good for the price.
