Great but inconsistent. The icing is sometimes really thin at this location like they put it on before the donuts have time to cool down. That's my only complaint!

These were just okay. I found them lacking in flavor and as a texture person, the texture wasn't quite right. I love mochi as much as the next person but apparently not in a donut.

Just ordered thru doordash today. I love the ube coffee and have been getting this drink thru doordash quite a lot recently actually. Something went terribly wrong (AGAIN) this time. It just DID NOT taste right (and good). To make it worse, there was hardly any jelly (that I paid extra for). Hardly any ice. The proportion is just way off. So far this is the 2nd time it has happened. The rest have been great (hence I keep coming back). This time though, I just can't let it go (sorry I'm a coffee/drink snob). Plus it makes it harder to complain, the time you will waste, etc when you're ordering via delivery. Sorry but I like consistency and now having doubts of coming back. Very disappointed.
