I don't know what they did, but my cheese and pepperoni pizza had cheese on only 2 slices, the dough was under cooked and I counted a total of 7 pepperoni on the whole pizza. Complete waste of money. This tells me they don't care much about quality or customer service. I'll take my money elsewhere in the future.

Ordered a gluten free pepperoni pizza. It tasted good and was nice to have both GF/DF options. The only downside was the crust was very burnt. Otherwise I was happy with it and it was great to have leftovers = )

They were out of the icing for their cinnamod. Not only did they leave us a note, they also included 2 of their no name cakes to make up for it. Very much appreciated

The driest pizza ever it's like the put a sprinkle of cheese only in the center of the pizza and maybe a drop of ranch. Did not meet expectations
