The pizza was cooked good, but that's about it, sadly. The quality of ingredients has really gone down hill from MOD. The Alfredo sauce was really gross and I used to just love it. Just not a good experience.

I don't leaving negative reviews as I own a business in the hospitality industry as well.. And it's very unfortunate that someone's business can be seriously effected by the actions of a single employee in some cases. That said, what I'm writing about is something I've talked to this place in the past, but no lasting resolution.
Ordered 1 sausage and 1 cheese only today. Both very undercooked and incredibly more spicy than I've ever experienced from mod.. I actually couldn't eat it.. Pizza isn't supposed to be as spicy as hot wings and Italian sausage is mild always.
You guys can do better!

Took 45 minutes for them to MAKE my order. Then, when it arrived, the toppings were not cooked through. Even the roasted garlic was crunchy! How do you burn the bottom and not get the toppings cooked through in *45 MINUTES*? Not to mention that At Least a third of the pizza had scant toppings. SMH I have never had such a bad order from here. What the heck is going on??

Very little sauce and undercooked. Also, one half of the pizza was topped well and the other half had scant toppings.
