Decided to try to try MOD's gluten-free crust with a Create Your Own Pizza— I got myself a white pie with mozzarella, fresh basil, and roasted garlic cloves, and I was blown away by how fantastic it was. This was my first time ordering from MOD and I will most DEFINITELY be ordering again soon! Flavorful, great texture, and the price is great too. This is also one of the very best gluten-free crusts I've ever come upon!

We ordered two cauliflower crust pizzas--one with plant cheese and assorted seasonings and veggies, and one with dairy cheese and assorted seasonings and veggies. Both were spectacularly delicious! We also got a fave soda, Boylan's cream soda. The veggie toppings were cooked just enough to still be firm on a celiac safe crust. The plant cheese was tasty for the person allergic to cow milk protein, and the three cheeses for the other person were a nice complement to the sauce and veggies. We get somewhat different versions of these pizzas each time we order (in-store and Door Dash), and they have all been great!

2 of the pizzas were very good. The 3rd pizza was a smaller size, and it arrived much smaller than it was supposed to. Who's allowing pizza to leave the restaurant looking like that? Very disappointing.
