First time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered a bowl meal with chips, salsa, and a drink. I also ordered a side of queso. It was all fresh and zesty and delicious. The portion was very generous, and the packaging was sturdy- no leaks or spills! I would definitely order it again. The only thing that I liked less than anything else was the queso which had a stronger American cheese flavor than I am used to. I know it's a very popular menu item, but to each their own! When I went inside to pick up my orders, my order was not in the area labeled for pick up orders. I had to ask for it, but I could see it on the counter. They checked my app to make sure it was my meal. Something that I did not realize when ordering is that they have a Coke product machine and that was very exciting because I like to mix my beverages! I also did not realize that they had a sauce station with to-go portion cups. I was very happy to try a couple of them. The new Moe's sauce is great! It reminds me of a fish taco sauce that I make with chipotles in adobo , cilantro, lime, and sour cream. I was very pleased with everything. I will definitely order from Moe's again!

food was good, but the portion was very small and disappointing, bowl was less than half full, for $22 expected the bowl to look more like the menu photo

The chips were burnt. I was barely a handful of chips. The chips had been clearly sitting underneath a heat lamp.

I have no idea why you all think one little tiny 2oz cup of salsa will suffice with the bag of chips you give. I requested my dasher to ask for more salsa and instead I just ended up with more chips. I just don't get it. I probably just need to stop ordering it off DD cuz I'm never truly happy with the portions.
The burrito and cheese are good, though I wish you would bring back mushrooms.
