The kids meals were correct but paying $20 for a burrito bowl that ends up looking like this is ridiculous. Had about 4 peppers in the whole bowl and the beef was burnt. Very disappointed.

My Quesadilla had only enough cheese to glue the child sized tortilla together and none of the meat I ordered inside of it. I paid for extra protein and it all came on the side in a cup rather than assembled as one would anticipate food one paid for would arrive. The minimal cheese was unable to maintain its heat on the less than 10 minute drive so the meatless quesadilla tastes like a cold paper towel and the separated meat is severely under seasoned.

I ordered $50 fajita kit and a burrito. They only brought the burrito. This is the third time my order from Moe's has been delivered wrong. I don't have this problem with other restaurants. I called to resolve the issue and the Moe's representative was rude and hung up on me. Sadly I will never order from Moe's again.

Frozen sour cream and the cups of food weren't even filled. This happened the last time I ordered it, but decided to try again. Won't be ordering this again.

The birria Quesadilla tastes like the steak from years ago and I'm so sad it's a limited item. The steak they have now tastes like pork so I haven't enjoyed it in years but the birria tastes like the incredible meat I remember!
