The chicken bowl I got was a very generous portion for the price! The flavors are really good. Definitely try the Moes Sauce!

They were out of steak, which was completely understandable. I appreciated the rewards cards given as compensation for the inconvenience. However, what I received in its place of the burrito itself seems to contain nothing I actually ordered at all. No lettuce, cheese, or pico. Just a ton of rice and some sort of meat absolutely saturated in some kind of sauce I'm unable to eat. Not only was the burrito a total bust, but I also didn't get the red salsa I ordered with my chips either. I am not typically someone to complain and absolutely love their food typically, but I'm unsure if I received the wrong meal or what exactly happened.

I had very little meat and I paid for extra meat, I asked for season rice and is wasn't as well as hard, I had more black beans than anything and this is the third time my order has been messed up. I feel like I've given more than enough chances before making a bad review.
The chicken tasted like canned chicken, the rice was hard, more black beans than anything else, the chips were old, the lettuce was soggy and some of it was brown, I used to think you all out did chipotle.

Ordered a Burrito, opted for the free chips and salsa and requested side Chipotle ranch. Burrito was tiny compared to competitors (Chipotle/Qdoba) and there was no salsa or side sauce.
