The quality of produce has gone down drastically. Used to be a great spot for fresh ingredients and it was absolutely not that. I am assuming that maybe they aren't going through ingredients quickly enough from a demand standpoint so I'm hesitant to not go back but there was definitely something off tasting with the meal which has not been my previous experience at Moe's.

I received a bag full of undercooked chips. They were slimy, flimsy, and tasteless. I paid $6 for queso and now dont have any use for it because the chips are no good. Doordash refuses to make it right. They also forgot to send my drink.

My order came with hardly any toppings that i wanted on the Bowl...it was mostly rice. For the price, the small portion is awful.

They built my Burrito wrong! And that's like... Their thing! C'mon, guys, I don't want to eat my burrito in layers, mouthfuls of only meat, only veggies, and especially only cheese and sour cream! Eugh. They also decided that since I wanted a side of Moe's Famous Queso, I probably won't need the salsa too, right? Even though I specified the tomatillo green salsa. I hope this was just a fluke, because the food was wonderfully tasty and I usually enjoy it. It wasn't cheap, either!

Well, i gave them a second chance, but they still did the Burrito wrong. Very disappointed, I used to love Moe's, but it seems they've forgotten how to build a burrito. Again, it was all the cold stuff on one end and all the meat on the other. I tried to reform it myself, but it just turned into a big mess.
