consistently amazing. Smoked Salmon Sandwich was delicious and healthy and I usually don't like Salmon lox. Iced Pistachio Latte coffee is incredible and very high quality. we need more mokafes everywhere

Super inconsistent, the drinks are very hit or miss. The 'toast' I got wasn't toasted at all, just cream cheese on regular soft bread... staff also would not allow me to pick up my mobile order thru the drive through with no explanation, said the owner didnt like it when all they had to do was hand me a bag, weird and annoying. I want to like this place but I probably wont come again.

Iced Biscoff Latte was disgusting. No flavor whatsoever. But the Laven Lemonadeder and honey Iced Honey Cinnamon Latte were delicious. Would order those again

I ordered from Melville branch using DoorDash app one Pistachio Pudding and two Buffalo Chicken & Cheddar sandwiches, but the Pistachio Pudding was missing.
My requests for both a redelivery or refund for missing item were rejected. This kind of service is unacceptable. Please review your restaurant's camera footage to verify whether the Pistachio Pudding was placed in the bag. I paid for an item I never received and expect a refund.
