Tea is good but for group order can you please print people's name on the label? It's very hard to distinguish orders

Waited quite a bit but considering it's holiday season plus there's new event starting today so understanding. The drinks were well packaged in warm bags with the clouds of White Champaca Hazelnut Choco Lava and Jasmine Hazelnut Choco Lava that package separately to avoid them being dissolved! Premium Jasmine Tea is still quite warm when open it. The overall portion size is okay, less ice Is still quite of bit of ice. I would definitely order it again but in a less crowded time!

This has to be the best Boba place around. Not too sweet and you can actually taste the Tea. Premium Jasmine Milk Tea

First, you didn't give us the right straw. My friend ordered boba tea but only received a thin straw. He couldn't drink the milk tea as a result.
Secondly, the boba you added to the drink were raw and stick together, making the drink awful

This is the second time that I ordered the snowy jasmine. The first one I got a couple of days ago was so good that I ordered it again tonight. What a difference! This one is watery and bland with hardly a taste of jasmine at all, very disappointed.
