The most authentic chinese food I've had in my 6 years living in Delaware. Just started working nearby and it's my go to for lunch. Everything I've tried so far has been amazing and the portions. are the best. Def recommend especially if you want authentic and not americanized chinese food, wish I found this place earlier!

The portion sizes are huge, even for appetizers!! I love moms kitchen, favorite restaurant in DE for authentic chinese food.

Y18. Lamb Chop Casserole was so watery that it did have a very good taste. The A10. Sliced Beef & Ox Tongue in Chili Sauce, was very good. I ordered the A13. Fried Chicken Wings ( 6 ), and requested that the wings be very crispy. I received 3 wings which were cut up, and not crispy at all. Will not order from them again.

This was the worst Chinese food I've seen in a long time. Everything was greasy especially the A2. Vegetable Roll (two pieces). A1. Sprint Roll (one piece) were mushy like that had been frozen and not defrosted correctly. The Fish and Tofu dish was horrid. The tofu inedible because it was slimy. Even the chicken dish was prepared badly, the pieces were badly and unevenly cut. In the past this was an excellent restaurant. What we got this time was really bad.

The A14. Scallion Pancakes were disgusting and burnt. The C19. Curry Chicken was pretty good not too spicy good flavor. The A4. Pan Fried Pork Dumpling ( 6 ) were cooked well but had an off taste to them, while bland. The C10. General Tso's Chicken was good, not swimming in sauce is great but several pieces were really off putting. I don't think I would order again. It's disappointing but it's better to eat IN the store.
