This evening, I've had a take out order with Mombo's. It was an experience worth sharing. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly their meatball sub and fettuccine alfredo, both of which were exceptional in their own right.
Starting with the meatball sub, the first bite was a revelation. The meatballs were perfectly seasoned and incredibly juicy, enveloped in a rich, flavorful marinara sauce that complemented the meat beautifully. The sub roll was fresh and had just the right amount of crunch on the outside while remaining soft and airy inside, holding the contents together without becoming soggy.
Fettuccine Alfredo was another standout dish. The pasta was cooked to perfection, maintaining a delicate balance between tender and firm. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and velvety, with a subtle hint of garlic and Parmesan that didn't overwhelm the dish but enhanced its overall flavor profile. Each bite was a creamy delight that left me wanting more.
A delightful addition to the meal was the garlic bread. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, it had a robust garlic flavor that was just right. The bread was a perfect companion to both the sub and the pasta, providing a satisfying crunch and an extra layer of flavor to the meal.
Overall, my experience with Mombo's was fantastic. The quality of the food, especially the meatball sub and fettuccine alfredo with their accompanying garlic bread, was top-notch. I highly recommend giving Mombo's a try if you're in the mood for a delicious, hearty meal that hits all the right notes whether it's a takeout order or dine-in.

food is always amazing, bought some bacon bites for my vendors they loved it. the Greek salad is my favorite add sun dried tomatoes. the oil vinegar spilled all over when I got it but other than that they never disappoint. best place for fresh food food.

Not enough flats mostly atb parts.Excellent chunky Bleu cheese dressing. Trying to say not enough flats and kinda dry even though I called mombos asked to please not dry em out. Need to offer more flavors like wing stop. Improvement very needed

Had a pepperoni with black olives, meat balls & mushrooms. Crust was just right, pepperoni was excellent along with the meatballs. Good size pizza. Everything was fresh.
also had the FRIED RAVIOLI, which was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be coming bback for a repeated what I had noticed when looking for pizza,I noticed no one was rated above a 3.6 except for Mombo's & Pizza Leah. Mombos was open on Mondays & Pizza Leah wasn't.

Penne was perfectly cooked, and had a nice amount of sauce. It was underseasoned, though that may be just for a , well- - different crowd .  The texture of both pasta and sauce were perfect. One is enough to feed two people.
Worst toramisu I have ever has. Soggy and watery lady fingers/ why and how would you let people pay almost $9 for that milqtotoaw, nnnZ
