Finally have butter chicken in the regular menu. Love it. Channa Masala is always my favorite. Corn Chat Pata answers the question " what if we made corn kernels into tempura and seasoned it?" it is a great snack.

We dine out frequently at Monks since this restaurant is close to Cypress. We find the food to be of excellent quality and reasonably good portions. So, this time ordered food thru delivery. Food is consistent as with dining in. Food was hot and fresh made.
We ordered Butter Naan and came with good pieces (about 2 each). The Street Style Noodles Regular Pack is excellent as well. Thankfully not too oily and we wanted spice and it is just right.
We also ordered Panner Butter Masala being strict vegetarian and Ample paneer pieces and happy with the quality and quantity as well. The curry comes with bonus Basmati Rice.
Overall, order and experience was as expected as dine in.

We ordered the lamb biryani, chicken fried rice, butter masala, and cilantro lemon soup, along with naan and mango lassis. I have to say, we really enjoyed this meal. My spouse who doesn't usually go for any type of Asian food loved the fried rice, masala and naan. The butter masala was super tasty and the mango lassi poured over ice was refreshing and delicious. If you're a lemon lover like our family, the soup is great. Portions were generous and we will definitely be ordering from here again.

Fri - Sun they do Pulaos. As the item wasn't there on doordash I've called the restaurant and they suggested to order Goat biryani and call them and mention as Pulao. It's the Gongura Goat Pulao in the picture.
Being a south indian I will say they were exactly medium spice as mentioned but not SPICY except the Darbar chicken appetizer which was a little spicy coz of the crushed green chillies but tastes good. BTW the appetizer tasted like fried chicken in yogurt base tomato chutney.
I even tried their Dynamite appetizer chicken before which I didn't like coz it's fried chicken tossed in temper (the one we do for dal) & it's dry.

The portion sizes are extremely small for the price we paid.
$50 for a small container of food.
The food is delicious, but I can't see spending this amount again for the amount received
