Ordered the Tonkotsu yesterday and the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen today. Both delivered to my hotel. The broth was nice and salty for both, the way I like it. Broths were flavorful, right amount of pork flavor for the tonkotsu. Lighter for the tonkotsu shoyu. Noodles were al dente. I got mine without green onions.

I am shocked that this place has such good reviews. We looked this place up before we came into town based off Yelp reviews. The ramen was OK. The broth was the best part but the noodles were not soft. My boyfriend ordered the small chicken fried rice. The portion size was more like a kids meal. If your looking for a decent sized meal this may not be the place, and the ramen lacked the flavor I thought it would have.

They changed the recipe or something? Pork chashu was not chashu anymore. It was supposed to be boiled with soy based sauce but It was just boiled pork. Nasty. Used to be my favorite ramen place, not anymore.
