When something was overcooked to give me free voucher cards, gift card for the future use and I really enjoyed her food. I am vegetarian and they're vegetarian apple butter burger is very good.

All I have to say is why can some of your cooks make a good medium rare steak grilled to perfection, but then the next cook blackens the meat so bad it's a choice to eat it and feel like your eating charcoal or take the outer sides of the meat off and hope you get at least a bite or two for the $37 you paid for it. Not IMPRESSED!! Maybe keep an eye of the cooks plz and ty.
Oh and plz double check the orders because half the time you're missing things.

The ribs were fine,but the Buttermilk Fried Chicken was way too small, I was actually shocked at the size of it. There were hardly any potatoes in the container it came in and the cornbread was hard and inedible. Wouldnt order that again. Still hungry after the entire meal ( less the cornbread)

My potato was COLD otherwise everything was really good! wish there wasnt so much breading on the fish but again, was delicious anyway. The corn bread needs some type of ... sauce? butter??? something. its so dry.

The delivery was excellent but, the ribs were dry, the fries were soggy and we paid a lot of money for a "not so great" meal. We have never had a bad experience at Montanas until now.
