I love the restaurant but there is major inconsistency with potions and it is problematic given the procepoint and its frustating because I have ordered here quite often. With the Shawarma Sandwich I received barely any fries and the whole meal felt just thrown into a cardboard box. The lack of portion consistency is why I stopped ordering the salmon because the delivery portion of sides is minuscule and when I asked for a fair portion I was double charged. And again, all thrown into a cardboard box instead of plastic tupperware. The salmon is 30 bucks, please respect the customer with a secure container so the meal is not ruined. I love this place but the delivery inconsistency is making it hard to order delivery. Too expensive for the lack of consistency.

I love Moonstones and have doordashed from them before without issue. However, I ordered the Korean Pork Belly and, without advance permission, they substituted the Skillet Short Rib in its place. Not only did this increase the cost, but it was a waste of food - as five spice powder is just not my jam and I wont eat the short ribs.   I would have much preferred they just remove the item if it was out of stock, rather then changing up  my order without contacting me. Every other time this has happened with other restaurants, they have called to discuss substitutions or just omitted the item from my order.

The brick chicken was excellent!

Unfortunately the Joe was over cooked and the fries were cold and mushy.

The 4 peppapew peppers were great but the crispy spring rolls were soft and chewy.
