Perfect sized salad full of good things like avocado, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and sunflower seeds. I love the sweet dressing and it comes with a lemon for a little tartness as well. One of my favorite things to have for lunch.

The Medina Platter is my stellar comfort dish. It is always perfect; tender lentils with just the right amount of rice. I've never had a bad meal from Mosaic!
