This is my first time ordering from here and I'm overall pleased with my food. I ordered the Breakfast Special. The special came with potatoes; unfortunately they were slightly undercooked. The seasonings were flavorful. I had the Asiago bagel, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich which was delicious! The Brownies were soft, nicely done. Like I said, overall I was pleased. I'd order from here again.

Making delicious HOMEFRIES is not as easy as people think. Crispy on the outside (without being chewy) and soft, crumbly, borderline mashed consistency on the inside doesn't just "happen." Just as important is the spice blend. Not only have the crew created a great blend, but order after order, it remains consistent. Compliments to the crew. 10/10
I'll keep the BISCUITS & SAUSAGE GRAVY review short and sweet. They slap. 10/10
Portions are always filling, consistent, and well worth the money. This isn't my first order and definitely won't be my last. Mr. J's is a Harrisonburg landmark and it warms my heart they still make kick ass food. I might even argue, that this era of Mr. J's is the best they've been. Keep it up guys! Thanks for a delicious breakfast! Look forward to the next one!

I think they gave me a half pound of bacon. The bagel is 9/10, the bacon is bacon so always delish. Pretty good. It was $30 for 2 chic salad bagels and a huge side of bacon. I'm happy w it! Yes, fresh!

The BIG BREAKFAST is a great option if you want a large amount of foodto start off your day. The biscuits with sausage gravy and the homestyle fries were both deliciously fresh. I would definitely order from Mr. J's again.

The best place in Harrisonburg to get a breakfast sandwich. The value of it can't be beat. The freshness and taste is amazing. This is my go to breakfast spot.
