A very classic and visually well-balanced Tonkotsu ramen. The broth has that rich, milky texture that promises plenty of umami in every spoonful. The Chashu pork is generously sized with a beautiful sear, complemented perfectly by the crunch of the menma and the freshness of the green onions. The wavy noodles do a great job of holding onto the broth. A truly comforting bowl!

The Tonkotsu Ramen and sesame (L)Sesame Chicken were solid, but the Scallion Pancake and Fried Pork Dumplings(6 Pcs) were incredibly greasy and had a weird texture. The Crab Rogoon(6 Pcs）was super stale

Pan-fried Pork Buns (4 Pieces) / 香煎肉包（4个 were very tasty. Salted Egg Yolk Tofu overpriced for small quantity of food compared to similarly priced Deep-Fried Diced Chicken in Chili Sauce / 重庆辣子鸡丁 that was triple the quantity. Food was dry and not very flavorful. Deep-Fried Diced Chicken in Chili Sauce / 重庆辣子鸡丁 was mostly breading. Had a good experience dining in this restaurant in the past, would recommend dining in.

the portioning and packaging was really nice and held up well but the KFC Buns were flavorless even with the sauce, I know the bun usually is but everything else was also. The crust on the chicken was oddly sharp I ended up cutting my lip on it. With the Shredded Pork In Peking Sauce this was a new dish for me and it was decent but I'm not totally sure what it's supposed to taste like if that makes sense. but some of the pieces were all fat and tasted sour. for the Tonkotsu Ramen this is my go to for every place that offers ramen and I can say by far the elephant ear mushrooms had more flavor than everything else. My man and I are definitely disappointed. we probably won't be ordering from here again.

1st time ordering from this establishment.  No utensils in the bag and no napkins, packaging was overstuffed with no way to seal to prevent tampering. (nothing was tampered with).  ordered multiple dumplings for 5 ppl 4 different orders and they only provided 2 vry small dumplin sauce cups. steak/beef was chewy. lo mein was good.
