I ordered the crispy fries with my sandwich, though they weren't crispy at all. Good sandwich and enough food to share or have leftovers.

This was worst pholly cheesesteak food ever!
The PCS was liteally ground up together so you couldn't tell what it was. Tasted old, like it sat for a day

They close the food in a plastic clamshell, so if you get fries, crispy or not, they will arrive steamed and completely soft and squishy. The flavor is good, but this packaging is a problem.
