I ordered chicken flautas and was sent beef/steak and the steak was dried up like jerky. The rice was not red it was white rice. The caldo was terrible

Burrito had no lettuce or tomato, basically steak and rice, steak was dry.
Tostada was the same w no lettuce or tomato
