Typically the Bacon Double Cheeseburger pizza is really good. The only pizza I will order from Gatti's. This time it was over cooked and dry. Disappointing but I will give it another try. Hopefully it was just a bad night.

I was not happy at all with my order. The pizza was soggy and the Crust was undercooked. Also, there was no sauce on my pizza and hardly any cheese. Most of my toppings rolled off my pizza and piled up in the corner of the pizza box. I also ordered an apple Dutch Treat for dessert and again the Crust was undercooked, super doughy, and mostly cinnamon crumble on top with hardly any apples. I normally have no problems with Mr Gatti's @this location but I was very disappointed with my order. I won't be ordering again. I wish I had gotten a picture before everyone dug in.

It's always a hit or miss and this was a huge miss. Very dry and little sauce after I put extra sauce

Pizza arrived at room temperature, the extra sauce I ordered and paid for was cold right out of the fridge . I grew up eating at Gaddy's in Austin and I'm very disappointed with what they've deteriorated to, not my first bad experience
