The med hot Med Hot Buttered Cheesesteak™  sandwich omg . It was omg so good I will NEVER go to any sandwich place ever again.  I've had Mr. Hero twice now and both times was amazing

Instead of the large sandwich, we were sent 2 very small sandwiches with barely any meat or cheese.  You couldn't even see the cheese until you pulled the thin layers of meat apart.  The entire sandwich had 2 small pieces of mushrooms.  For nearly $19, that's completely unacceptable.

i wanted this to be 3.5 stars but didn't have the option. so I went with 3. Usually I really like this place I've given it 5 stars two other times. But this time around, the food was not the greatest. the sandwich was just OK , actually bland and the fries were cold.

unfortunately, it may be a long while before I try again.

The chic bacon ranch had no bacon. Ham 
Burger had one tomato slice.  Funnel cake fries were delicious but there was no dipping sauce. The driver Leslie was terrific. Arrived quickly; food still warm. He was friendly and followed directions perfectly. Impressive. It would have been nice to have gotten napkins.

Everything was good except the waffle fries were cold but the sandwiches were fresh hot and made correctly
