It's so damn good. Very rural NC church fish fry, family reunion cookout type vibe. Everything I've tried, I've enjoyed. I've ordered quite a few (read: many, many) times and each time not only was there not a soggy spot to be found on anything anywhere, but it was obviously fresh out of the fryer - on a few occasions my kid had to wait for it to cool off before she could eat it.
I love that they're unafraid to actually season their food unlike so many other places. It's not salty, either. I could see people saying it's overcooked, but if you're a well done/fried hard type person like me, you'll enjoy this place.
The whole wings are priced very reasonably, chicken tenders are actual chicken tenderloins (tendon not removed tho) and boneless wings are fat chunks of chicken breast. I was surprised to see trout as an option for the Combo - it's not easy to find nowadays, always catfish and whiting - and happy to discover that the filets are huge and delicious. I've never been a fan of half-dressed fries (that's what I call the lightly battered fries) but theirs are fried and seasoned really well so I like them here. Hush Puppies are standard, a hint of sweet and flavored with onion.
Desserts are your average restaurant supply store frozen aisle offering. Slushies are yummy and go surprisingly well with the food.

Banana Pudding was replaced by a lemon cake. Catfish Fillet were huge and crispy and delicious. Hush Puppies were just a little bit over cooked but delicious. French fries were really good. everything was still warm

I have never been so impressed with the taste of fish since i moved to NC back in 2023. This fish was so amazing that it is my new favorite spot. i dont know what they sprinkled on top but dont change it. this is fish prepared to perfection. super crispy, crazy flavorful,juicy, im in love!!! you will be my go to on weekly the nights i dont want to cook.

Best fish that you will ever taste....straight talk. Put away the salt and pepper shaker folks. This fish is seasoned to perfection. Crunchy on the outside with tons of flaky goodness on the inside. I'll tell you from experience. You will be back for more.

The price of the pie does not match the size of the portion but the taste is abso Devine, the Mozzarella Sticks (6 Pc) where a bit greasy but tasty.
