Coke was warm. Can't completely modify burgers and no napkins in bag. Burger was good other then I had to wipe the mustard and remove the pickles off because there wasn't a removal option other then cheese and onion.

Deliver was nice and professional. BUT the food was terrible. Spent 20$ for the meal to get very small amount of fries maybe 1/4 of a box and small triple meat burger

Ordered Signature Crinkle Fries, and for $5 I received the coldest, softest regular salted crinkle fries. Also ordered the Beast Style double burger, it was so dry with the tiniest amount of ketchup, mayo, and brown mustard combined.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was absolutely pathetic for what I ordered. The buns were rock hard and the meat seemed freezer-burned. My kids had had this at someone's house and raved at how amazing the burgers were, and man, was I dissapointed. There's not a lot of food I don't like, but this made me question whether I might be sick later. The fries were like $4.49 for the order so I assumed it would be a large amount for more than one person to share. Instead, the amount was smaller than a kiddie fry at McDonald's. I will NEVER order this again. Yuck.

over cooked fries... maybe it's intentional but they were hard. The Karl's burger was almost done right, the bread was inverted but I don't think it was even toasted like it's supposed to be. The bread should have been grilled and had no color to it and the meat was rubbery.
Such a great concept for a burger joint but unfortunately poorly executed.
