I understand negative reviews but more often than not they do not directly reflect the ideology of the name brand. That being said I've gotten a burger from a popular chain with no patty and did not attempt to hurt a social rating. I simply contacted the company and I was compensated. Sometimes people are also learning and as someone from food, we are sorry during that time but yet again rather than killing a rating just contact them directly. I think ghost kitchens are awesome. I also think the fact this one is within vicinity of an FBI building is even cooler. I've only ordered from here once and I'm a solid 12-20 minutes away depending on traffic, I was presented with something within the price range of a solid hood flippin burger and loaded fries still fresh and just absolutely tasty. I am excited to try a new burger and fries tomorrow! Im sure it'll be just as amazing as the last. My little brother loves your chacolate by the way Mr.Beast. Im sure I would if I wasn't so picky about my cocoa ratios! Defeat Ghirardelli!

The chicken sandwich was like a rock. Couldn't even cut it with a knife. The burgers only came with cheese ketchup and pickles. Missing mustard, Mayo, and onions. The best fries were an up charge of 1.80 and were just fries with a piece of cheese on it and two pickles and a squirt of ketchup. Will not order from there ever again.

the Beast Style Burger Combo is missing everything on the burger except cheese. burgers are tiny as well. no seasoning. nothing. also the Karl’s Grilled Cheese was just melted cheese on a ungrilled inside out hamburger bun. very disappointed.

first off I never give bad reviews however last night's food poor at best. the Signature Fries had exactly 10 fries for 5$?
then also got 2 Crispy Chicken Tender Sandwich these are the smallest fingers iv ever seen. probably my fault cause it was so late, probably the last order. however very sad order.

Karl's Deluxe was made incorrectly as it was supposed to be grilled onions and inside out toasted buns. The meat was overcooked and rubbery.
We are from out of town and this is our worst experience with MrBeast.
Signature Fries were good but quantity was lacking.
Chandler Style was good other meat being rubbery.
