the food was warm and the burger is definitely the best part of the meal it really hit the spot after a long day at work

Have ordered often from them but today the order was just not good. The meat was tough and dry, yet the cheese wasn't melted. I ordered 2 fries and one of them had about half the amount of the other order.

Took 1.5 hours to be delivery and extremely disappointing. Ordered and paid the extra fee for a triple patty Mr. Beast burger but only got 2 patties. Ordered the signature fries and for $4.00 there were far too few fries. Not to mention the fries were quite bland, soft, mushy, and not appealing. The patties on the burger were pretty bad too... not smashed crispy patties as advertised... more like defrosted, flavorless, flat, dry, and what I imagine warm wet dog food would taste like. Wasted so much money. Don't even get me started on my boyfriend's opinion of his meal.

They give you 4 fries when you order the Signature Crinkle Fries. Also takes an hour an half to deliver

Awful. literally two tablespoons of Mayo on the burger. it's a sloppy inedible mess. and a $4 order of fries apparently means you get 12 french fries. the box was only half full. on top of that, Doordash took an hour to deliver it, so it also all cold as a stone. will not order again.
