I am a frequent customer over the past 2 years. Always loved the food & service. Today, not so happy. The burger was so over cooked it was charred. There was so much mayo & mustard on it, it was as if they tried to cover it up. It didn't work as you tasted the burnt when trying to eat it. This charred meat should never have left the store. The fries I ordered were suppose to be seasoned but as you see in the picture, that wasn't the case today. Definitely not their normal good seasoned fries. Not sure what happened since I last ordered but with what I paid for food you can't eat. I probably won't be back. DoorDash did offer a small refund but didn't even cover what I paid.

Love love the chicken sandwiches. Best chicken sandwich we've EVER eaten! Loaded with delicious chicken strips and the perfect condiments and bun! Please don't ever change them! Totally addicted.

Burgers are fine. Did not receive the signature seasoned crinkle fries. Instead I got the regular bland fries big boy always has. That's not what I ordered and they should have marked it out of stock. My items were also just thrown loose into a plastic grocery bag. Touching my food, not very sanitary. No Mr beast burger packaging or bags at all like they used to have- my daughter was excited to specifically have something from Mr beast.

the burgers taste great but my grilled cheese was barely cooked and they put the special seasoning in both sets of fries when it should have been only one
