Chandler style is an amazing burger. I have ordered several and not a bad one in the bunch. I also had the Crinkle Fries which I thought were going to suck but they are perfectly crisp on the outside with a light touch of salt. Nice!
If you doubt try it out. I did and was pleasantly surprised.

Bun was hard as a rock and showed signs of mold on top. Ordered a "triple" burger but it was just one burger cut into three pieces stacked on top of each other. Also receivea warm starry "sugar free" can

Waited 1 hour (not exaggerating) to get dead fries, a burger that was not freshly made. It had a film of what appeared to be ketchup on the bun. Was supposed to have ketchup and mustard. 'm not positive it is the impossible burger I ordered. I had the same thing last night and it was labeled with the impossible sticker. This one wasn't. The soda i ordered was warm - it was placed in between the burger the fries inside the bag. I can tell it was sent at room temperature.
And no ketchup for the dead fries!
All of this for about $30.
I know now to go to a place like a Red Robin or Cheesecake Factory. What a shame.

Food was really good, but they get 4 stars because their Beast Style Burger Combo consists of a 12 ounce, room temperature can of soda. It would have been nice if this was mentioned on the menu.

I got both the Beast Style Fries and Karl's Deluxe and they look nothing like what was being shown. The sandwich tastes very plain and the fries are alright but still not what I wanted. I had to add ketchup on the sandwich myself because it literally was just cheese and bread.
