It's absolutely delicious but messy and greasy. Think five guys but larger and more flavorful. They aren't shy with the mustard.
To clarify, it's a franchise run out of the kitchen of other restaurants -- in this case the Friendly's. That means quality varies a lot between locations. This one has been great so far.

Shriek's quesadilla is amazing-- but then again, I had a bite of every item ordered (we share family style) and everything is ridiculously goooooood!!! Yum yum on a cheat day for sure - don't miss out. If I could only pick one, The Beast burger is my top choice. A+

The sandwich was 2 chicken tenders and had no spice on it and the fries were overloaded with mustard

This is not a Carls deluxe burger. This is a whatever we have available at the moment, thrown together burger. The patty is flat and thin. I ordered a Carls Mr. Beast burger, that is not what I got. I've ordered this before. I know what it's supposed to be. This has a completely different patty and it's supposed to be grilled with buns inside out. Disappointing.
