The worst burger and fries I have ever had. The burger had the same consistency as that of a sponge, and the fries were like those found in a TV dinner.

I used to order here all the time, but unfortunately recently they have been just throwing together orders with no regard for what the order actually ordered.
Tonight I ordered with my coworkers and our orders were all completely wrong. Our Chris Style burger (with fries and bacon on it as the item is described) came without any bacon or fries, and looked like someone scraped up the burger grease from the grill to make a fake patty, honestly it was disgusting. The side fries were great tho! Our hot chicken sandwiches were not hot at all, and undercooked chicken.... I really don't know what happened tonight but whatever new staff that was in charge of todays order on 10/24 should be retrained or go back to Burger King.
Normally the food here is awesome, I've only had an issue two times, this being the third, I have no idea why there is such inconsistency, but keep in mind when ordering from here that it is a roll of the dice if your food is going to be what you ordered or someone just throwing junk meat on a bun and calling it a burger
