Oh my god this was the best burger I ever had. It was so basic but so good & the onions in the beast fries *chefs kiss*

Fries undercooked on both the Chris Style and the Signature Crinkle Fries. Fries are "seasoned" except you're lucky if half your fries have any seasoning on it at all. Couldnt chew through the bacon in the Chris Style either. Total waste of money

Nashville Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich is made with pre cooked frozen tenders, not fresh.Karl's Deluxe is supposed to be a melt with toasted inverted buns, mine came with the bun not toasted and not inverted like advertised.

Fries were not crinkle cut, the "Patty melt" was a sorry excuse the patty itself was tiny and the bun wasn't anywhere near to being toasted...we won't be return customers

The $6 Beast Style Fries were terrible. The Nashville Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich was low quality as well.
