• 6/19/23The burger was terrible, the meat tasted odd and burnt. The Signature Crinkle Fries were pretty decent, but I was extremely disappointed in everything else. My dog wouldn't even eat a piece of the burger. Also, I ordered a Bottled Water and didn't get a bottle of water, I got a cup of water for 2.49.

• 5/13/23I did get the Karl’s Grilled Cheese this time and it was good but my Nashville hot chicken sandwich was super small compared to last time and I couldn't take off the Mayo. This is my 3rd time to try them and the last two times I've been disappointed.

• 2/4/23Fries were plain, no sort of seasoning or flavor. Burger almost tasted like Wendy's. just not as good.

• 5/21/22there was no flavor to the seasoning of the fries, just enough to be a little spicy. There was no real flavor to the burgers either.
