The burger was terrible, the meat tasted odd and burnt. The Signature Crinkle Fries were pretty decent, but I was extremely disappointed in everything else. My dog wouldn't even eat a piece of the burger. Also, I ordered a Bottled Water and didn't get a bottle of water, I got a cup of water for 2.49.

I did get the Karl’s Grilled Cheese this time and it was good but my Nashville hot chicken sandwich was super small compared to last time and I couldn't take off the Mayo. This is my 3rd time to try them and the last two times I've been disappointed.

Fries were plain, no sort of seasoning or flavor. Burger almost tasted like Wendy's. just not as good.

there was no flavor to the seasoning of the fries, just enough to be a little spicy. There was no real flavor to the burgers either.
