The food was delicious, especially the burger. I prefer my fries more crispy, but they were still good and the seasoning is really tasty.

There was barely any fries in the box. They are $4 for fries and then for there to be barely any fries in the box is ridiculous. Then the Beast Style Fries I got ,the cheese wasn't even melted it was all put together awfully. The Chris Style burger I got had a piece of bacon on it that was not fully cooked I was just not impressed as all. I love this place but really let me down today.

Absolutely awful. This is a reheated burger. Dry, burnt bun, tasteless. Insulting to think anyone would eat this. Crinkle fries you could make in the oven. I've never had a more corporate, bone dry, awful hamburger. Mac D's and any of the others outshine this ghost kitchen garbage. Pathetic. But oh you get great packaging, wrappers, and fun graphics. Food for the dumbed down masses. Simply awful.

Not great at all, very low quality. Signature Crinkle Fries were just regular crinkle cut fries, no seasoning or anything. Burger was a few steps above school cafeteria food. Gave 3 stars because it wasnt gross and was a good portion.

Ordered two Karl's Deluxe, received happy meal size burgers on a regular bun, meat and cheese only. Tasted great for a dollar burger, not a nine dollar burger! Fries come in kids size.
