I had the Beast style burger, it was super dry and it did not come with any of the condiments that it said it would have with it, I also had to beast style fries and they were just so soggy and no flavor.

Food is ok, fries weren't as hot as I think they should have been. I ordered bottled water as that was an option to choose, a note on the receipt saying they don't carry bottled water. Remove the option for less confusion.

This is my first time ordering from Mr. Beast and not sure I will again, but usually will give places a 2nd try. I did order through Door Dash, and it is not the problem. The Mr. Beast ordering app is not very friendly as you can not add any special instructions to the items as the option has been turned off. I ordered a Karl’s Grilled Cheese and found mine to be extremely dry. I always love to have pickles with my grilled cheese sandwiches, but there was no way to order or ask for these on the app. The Crinkle Fries were good, but could have used more ketchup packets; once again there is no way to order or ask for extra things like salt, pepper, ketchup, or other condiments. Also, when I received the bag the staff did not include any napkins, which was disappointing.

I've eaten actual Beast Burger across the country. This isn't it. This location doesn't even have what real Beast Burger does. Menu offers it, but it isn't what you'll get. Maybe it will get better. But for now, hit up Wendy's, it's better quality and way cheaper. Hope it becomes legit an actual Beast Burger at some point in the future with the Beast Burger packaging and quality and the works. For now, it's pretty bad.
