This place absolutely exceeded my expectations! I ordered the fried catfish with mac & cheese, collard greens, and a side of sweet potatoes, and every single bite was amazing.
The catfish was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The mac & cheese was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The greens were cooked just right with incredible seasoning, and the sweet potatoes were the perfect balance of buttery and sweet.
You can tell they put love into their food because everything tasted fresh, homemade, and cooked to perfection. It’s hard to find soul food this consistently good, but they definitely got it right. I’ll absolutely be back, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone craving authentic, flavorful soul food!

This meal was cooked to perfection. The salmon is stuffed with cream spinach and it was so flavorful along with the sauce on top that paired perfectly with the rice underneath. The yams were perfectly sweet, and the mac & cheese was cheesy but out of all had a lack of seasoning. Regardless 10/10

The cornbread is to die for , it's so moist and sweet I love it. The baked MAC & yams is a must get from this place. I usually get the fried catfish but I wanted to try something different so I got the jerk chicken it was okay I wouldn't get again. I'll try the wings next time! Overall 9/10!

Just my opinion but this was a disappointment for 30$ it was a very small portion the taste really wasn't there at all it tasted like it was just thrown together. The Mac tasted bland to real cheesy but that's really it everything just tasted basic

The mac and cheese was def the star of the show it was very good. The candied yams were also good but the chicken wings didn't really taste like sweet chili to me it was just regular fried chicken wings. The cornbread also tasted more like cake instead of actual bread. The portions was also definitely not $30 worth of food. Overall this food was alright.
