Have been order this bowl for more than a month now and i must say its the best VFM and taste

Flavour was a bit strange, not gonna lie. It was fresh, but it was so weird. Nothing in the burrito tasted well together. There was like 7-8 different flavours hitting you at once, except none of them complimented each other. Best part was definitely the tortilla. The brown rice in the burrito was very reminiscent of the rice they order in bulk for LTC facilities and retirement homes. VERY distinct.
They left out the chips when I paid for chips and queso, and just gave me the queso instead of just refunding me or cancelling the order. This was over six dollars alone.
Tried the queso with burrito to get my moneys worth and it was so watery, flavour also very off. How exactly can something be watery but spicy at the same time?! Very interesting experience.. would not order again. For the price that I spent you could get a predictable taste and consistency at Taco Bell instead and be happy with that

The Queso Double Up is misleading both in the text description and the picture, for anyone unfamiliar with such foods. It's two tortillas with some minor amount of cheese or butter spread in between them, and then the Burrito is made normally. Even without the double layer, the massive tortilla used leaves a huge excess of bread imo. After tearing off the unused half it was pretty good.
The Taco Trio was very delicious, but the portion size for $15 left a lot to be desired. There was also a small issue with the ordering method with an attached 'extra' that was REQUIRED in order to order the item. There was no option for 'none' and each extra item had an additional cost. The restaurant sent a message in my order saying it would be looked into.

First time I've written a review on here, but it was just so bad. The tortillas were stale, and soggy in places. The food was ice cold, but delivery was quick so that's not the issue. Everything tasted...old? (The pork was so bad.) And the three different tacos/ Taco Trio / Trio de tacos/build-your-own had gotten all mixed up in the container so it was just a mess. Some ingredients were missing, like the citrus slaw. And the amount of toppings in general wasn't great.

I was rather disappointed. I spent over $20 on a large burrito that was advertised in a way that I thought it was two burritos for $20. The picture had two burritos and the description read: "two tortillas filled with...." so I was very disappointed when I only received one. It was also mostly rice so dont bother with a grande because most of it, is just rice. The tacos were kinda sad looking and spilled sauce was everywhere which is probably not the restaurants fault but rather the delivery itself. I spent mu 50% coupon on this so I'm really disappointed as I feel I wasted my coupon on food that wasnt worth it.
