Had the Croissant Sandwich . The bread was a little soft, but aside from that everything was perfect. Cheese was melted to ooey gooey perfection, sausage was seasoned to the T , and the egg tied it all together just right. Definitely gotta order again!

Best breakfast in hot springs in my opinion. The quiche is amazing as well as the Strawberry Salad and sweet cream pancakes!! The Side of Homefries were not cooked as much as they should have been but the hash-browns are great. This is an every weekend treat for my daughter and I!

This was my first time eating a breakfast from Mueller's Bakery and I ordered the Muellers breakfast platter with sausage, an extra side of bacon, and sausage gravy for my biscuits. Plus a Jalapeño cheddar kolache. I haven't tried the kolache yet but I'm sure it will be delicious since the breakfast platter was AMAZING. I asked for over easy eggs and they were cooked to perfection, the bacon was perfectly crispy, and the biscuits are to die for. Very fluffy and lightly toasted. The gravy was still warm and delicious, the hash browns were fantastic. They packaged the food very well and the portions were perfect. I still have a little bit left that I'm sure I will be finishing up later. Overall I would DEFINITELY order from Mueller's again and can't wait to try some different items from their bakery. I also love that it's a family owned business ran by locals here in Hot Springs. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this town and for locals who haven't yet discovered this hidden gem. Thanks Mueller's for an excellent breakfast to start my day!

The Muellers breakfast platter... I mean its, breakfast- eggs, bacon, sausage, ham. The ham was GREAT, I would skip the sausage and over cooked small bacon alllllll day for the ham. And the ham is a big portion too. Honestly nothing special or unique about the patties or bacon. The gravy would have been a lot better had they remembered the biscuits. Luckily my friend gave me one of hers from her box and they are... different. They are small stone looking biscuits that were cut in half and crispy. You get a lot of gravy though and thats appreciated. The eggs were okay- for sunny sideup the whites were crispier than expected and another tip- GET THE HOME POTATOES, unless you like your hash browns extra extra hard and crunchy. Over all, Once I scrambled it all together it tasted fine, like a basic breakfast. But the best take away was the ham. Don't get the Sausage Kolache. Leave it to the donut shops in town- so much better. The bread was dry and I ended up dipping it in the vat of gravy I had left. Also leave the latte Specialty Coffees to the other coffee shops in town and just get a basic coffee, your expectations won't be as high.

This is my families go to breakfast place EVERY Sunday and it's always wonderful. The past 3-4 weeks have been awful, but this is our place, so I wanted to keep giving it a shot to get better. Small portion sizes and undercooked food. I had to re cook my hashbrown in a skillet and my daughters cup of grits were 1/4th of the way full. They also forgot her meal so i had to make a completely separate order for her to eat. Really disappointing.
