I order here every week. It has full stop the best muffins I have ever had anywhere in the world that I've been to. Their pumpkin is my favorite but their Coffee Cake is the only one in MA that actually has the goey cinnamon center we expect from a coffee cake muffin! 10/10 place.

We had never tried Muffin House Cafe before, but we had heard great things from several people and decided to give them a try.. but oh boy.. While their breakfast sandwiches and coffee were excellent, unfortunately their muffins fell far short!
When placing our order, we included a couple of substitutions in case the muffin flavors we wanted were unavailable. We ended up not receiving 4 out of the 6 flavors we requested. We understand that we ordered after the breakfast rush and that certain flavors may have been sold out or no longer fresh. However, in our experience, many restaurants will call their customers to go over other options. We did not receive any communication regarding substitutions which fine they are not obligated to but that would've been changed how we viewed this situation.
But here comes the kicker, when we opened the package, what concerned us most, was a strong fishy/plastic-like odor coming from the muffins. Hoping it was nothing, we tried them anyway, but unfortunately the taste matched the smell. We were genuinely shocked and ended up unable to enjoy them!
Given the recommendations we received and the cafe’s reputation for its muffins, this was extremely disappointing. Our rating is primarily focused by the the breakfast sandwiches and coffee, which were both very good. Unfortunately, the muffin experience did not live up to the hype

Yall, that Iced Strawberry White Mocha is my new obsession. SO good! and those muffins... 😍 Totally worth the price - Huge and delicious! My new favorite place!

The wraps are a good value and we enjoyed them. The muffins did not impress at all. The pistachio muffin tasted like any average store bought muffin with powdered sugar on top. Cinnamon Stick was missing from our order altogether.
