So I don't think I've ever left a DoorDash review, but having read one of the other reviews from somebody else that's been to Japan, I had to chime in. I lived there for three years. I've had amazing ticket-ramen right next to サラリーマン (suits) in Tokyo. Most of the time I read reviews and "it's the best I've ever had" doesn't quite measure up. Well, I'm happy to stay I was pleasantly surprised. I too had the Spicy Miso Ramen and it was spot-on. So good that I actually dug out the actual Japanese ramen servingware for ramen my wife had to bring back. The pork belly was actually roasted, not just cooked. It's got its own unique flavor which is better than a lot of Japanese places and the spicy was just enough to make my nose run. Loved it. And I wrote this review because it was just that good. I didn't get anything in-trade from DoorDash.

I ordered a couple times and their bowls were really good but then they slowly got stingier and stingier with the meat and toppings in the bowls so I order from a different Japanese restaurant now that is way more generous

Uhhh ya...amazing. I eat quite a bit of ramen and normally try Tonkatsu ramen first at any new place. I tried the pork bun and the Tonkatsu for lunch and literally came back for dinner with my wife and tried the Shoyu. This place is amazing. Their pork belly is superb. Soooo much flavor. Soooo tender. The noodles, the broth, the other ingredients all amazing. Just ordered it door dash too. It was good delivered too, as they put the broth separate from everything else. Just as good as eating in the restaurant. Give it a go!

The Spicy Shoyu Ramen was so yummy!!! I haven't had ramen this good since Japan. I'm very happy.
The Potato Croquette (1pc) was new to me but yummy and a new thing in my life.
